PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

This part-time position is based out of our office in Amarillo, Texas. We're looking for a detailed-oriented, fun, and proactive member to join the team! Our wholesale side of our business is growing, so you would be managing this.

Duties:

Wholesale Management

  • Accepting orders
  • Inputing them into excel document
  • Ordering apparel

Shipping

  • Packing orders
  • Packing wholesale orders
  • Post office/UPS Drop Offs

Warehouse/Office Organization

  • Managing supplies, inventory, etc.
  • Unpacking inventory
  • Keeping shop organized & clean

Making Apparel

  • Weeding & Pressing Orders
  • Fulfilling wholesale orders 

Skills:

  • High attention to detail
  • Lover of folding + organization!
  • Comfortable taking initiative + being proactive + being a problem solver
  • Live near Amarillo, TX
  • Prior experience in a retail/e-commerce setting a plus, but not required
  • Experience with the following a plus, not required: Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides, Shopify, Canva

SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

This part-time position is based out of our office in Amarillo, TX or can be remote. We're looking for a detailed-oriented, fun, and proactive member to join the Letters and Lucy team! If you're the person who LOVES social media (specifically Instagram and TikTok), keep reading!

Duties:

  • Plan social media content 
  • Responding to customer comments in a fun manner
  • Responding to customer DMs
  • Create fun + themed weekly polls on IG
  • Experience in creating video content for Reels/TikTok style videos
  • Understanding of the algorithm/trends of TikTok/Instagram
  • Excited to come up with new ideas for content/videos
  • Comfortable taking photos and videos of self in apparel
  • If remote, we would send you apparel that you would be able to keep :)
