Shipping & Handling:
UPS and USPS are our chosen shipping carriers. All UPS shipment charges include free insurance up to a $100 value. All free shipping orders will go via USPS and do not include insurance. Buyer assumes all risk when choosing their method and Letters and Lucy is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

Processing Time:
Items will ship within 5-10 business days from receipt of order. Embroidery production time is 2- 6 week+ business days. Tie Dye production time is 7-18 business days.Â

Returns & Cancellations:Â
No returns or refunds due to customer error, unless we come to an agreement. For example, wrong size, color or design.
Returns for defective merchandise will be accepted if returned within 15 days of purchase. We will provide shipping label. If we agree to a return or refund for any other circumstance, we do not provide shipping label.Â
Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of purchase.Â
