Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us immediately at [your email address]. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. We have a production time up to 10 days to accomodate for busy seasons.
We receive a high number of orders daily and do our very best to get them out to our customers as soon as we can.
Please keep in mind: Arrival Time = Production Time + Shipping Time
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping rates and times vary depending on your location. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over $35! Otherwise, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your location.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on items. We do make special exceptions so please reach out if you have a problem with your order!
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email us at bayli@lettersandlucy.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible!

How do I care for my clothing?
Wash inside out using mild detergent with cold water. Dry at a low/tumble setting with a dry sheet or for best results hang dry. Do not iron directly on the design.
Although we say all of this, I personally don't. do all of this and my sweatshirts are fine :) Just do it to be extra careful!
What if my order says delivered but it wasn't?
In rare instances, the U.S. Postal Service or other couriers may lose a package or, more commonly, deliver it to the wrong address. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for lost or misplaced packages after they have been transferred to the courier.
Couriers typically record the GPS coordinates of the delivery location when marking a package as "Delivered," allowing them to locate and retrieve the package if it was delivered to the wrong address. Click here to file a claim.
