What is fanmail?

Fanmail is a quarterly subscription box for nostalgic fangirls. Each box is built around a new theme and includes exclusive apparel, a collectible Fanmail magazine, and surprise extras that feel like opening your dream mail from another era.

How often does it ship?

The box ships 4 times a year. February, May, August, November. We aim to ship out your order the first week of the month. 

What comes in the box?

Every box includes:
- A wearable item
- A fanmail magazine
- Other surprise goodies
-Over $100 value

Is it a subscription or one-time purchase?

Fanmail is a subscription, but you can cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

When will I be charged?

For your inital order, you will be charged when you place your order. Every quarter after, you will be charged the 1st of the month.

Is there a cutoff to order?

Yes, you need to order by the end of the previous month. For example, to get the May box you need to purchase by April 30th.

Can I skip a box?

Yes. You can skip a box anytime before the next billing date if you don’t want that quarter’s shipment.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Because Fanmail boxes are limited and curated, we don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged.

Will I know the theme before ordering?

We usually tease the vibe, but most of the box is a surprise. That’s part of the magic.
